Notes on European Study Tour 2007

The trip included visiting the FAO in Rome, OECD in Paris and Futures Marketing in Bourges (France). The farmers met their brothers growing GM corn in Barcelona, no-tilling crops in Switzerland and growing Biofuels in Tepse (Germany). The Monsanto Plant in Biarritz (France), Vaderstad Machinery Plant in Sweden and a Machinery Field Day in Oxford proved popular. An after tour Mediterranean cruise from Venice to Istanbul was a relaxing end to an informative three weeks of Agriculture.
